Phone or email us with information about the event: type of event, date, starting and ending time, location. We will send you a contract. If your event is a wedding, we will also send a CD and information to help you plan your ceremony. Fill out the contract, sign it, and return the top portion with a $100 deposit. Keep the yellow copy for your records. Once a contract has been sent out, the date will be held for 2 weeks until we receive the deposit. If we do not hear back from you within 2 weeks, the date will be re-opened for another booking. Full payment is due 2 weeks before the wedding.
